Where are user defined categories stored?

I moved a computer from one domain to another and I lost some Outlook
settings in the move. The category list no longer includes the cusom
categories I have added. They still show up in contacts and other places
where I have assigned category to existing records, but they are not in the
list when assigning a new category. I still have the old user documents and
settings in the Documents and settings directory from the old domain. Is it
possible that I missed moving something to the new user setting area when I
changed domains. If so what file or files should I be looking for?

Also the custom views I made to the are no longer available. Is that
something I also might be able to recover from the old user profile? If so
what file or files are involved?
