Where are these policies saved?

Specifically, I would like to know where two policies below are saved
so I can copy them to workstation computers during setup WITHOUT
setting group policies for everyone.

1. Under group policy system/logoff:enable the disable lock computer
2. Under local security settings: Do not display last user name in
logon screen (enable)

Are these saved to files or the registry? If so, then where can I
find them so they may be copied to a Win2K workstation during setup
before a ghost image is made?

Thanks,

Richard

I'm not sure about the entry for number 1. I've pasted the registry for
number 2 below
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Syste
m

Value Name: DontDisplayLastUserName
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0 = Display last logged on user name
1 = Don't display last logged on user
