Where are the guide lines in PowerPoint 2007?

How do I add guide lines in PoserPoint 2007? I am not talking about
gridlines, I need the ones you can add and move around in the presentation.

Right click anywhere on the slide.
Select Grid and Guidelines.
Under Guide settings, select "Display drawing guides on screen".
