Can someone direct me to a page that lists the locations of ALL FP
associated files? I'm trying to track down a problem and apparently
there are files somewhere I don't know about.

I use FP 2002
I maintain locally and upload when complete

Your standard web pages are located in the place where-ever you've saved the
site to.

What is your problem - maybe we can trouble shoot better if you tell us
what you're asking about.

There are many hidden folders that contain Frontpage program files (better
not to mess with those).
and hidden folders containing FP themes, and shared borders and so on.

Can you be more clear about what you mean "all FP files" ?

I don't exactly know how to be clearer. I mean *all* this includes
hidden folders, etc. It's true I know where the html files are, but
there are obviously other supporting files.

For example, sometime in the past I found FP supporting files here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Me\Local Settings

What is the problem you're having??

Over time I've had a variety of problems caused by these obscurely
located or hidden files.

Right now I'm having a persistent problem. Every time I try to
publish an image file to the folder named 'myfolder' I get this error
and the publish aborts:

Server error: The folder that would hold URL 'MyFolder/mypicture.jpg'
does not exist on the server.

'myfolder' exists -- FP created it.

Someone here suggested I try using Cleaner (
http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm ).

If I run it before each time I publish it prevents the error but the
next time I publish the error returns.

The string 'MyFolder' does not exist in the directory containing my
html files, so it's in one of these OTHER files/directories or on the
server. I've done everything I can think of to clear this problem, to
no avail.

Jim,

I noticed you said it was MyFolder at one time and myfolder a little further down.

Yes. That's the problem. The correct case is myfolder. It's what's
on the server and it was created by FP.
