Sure. Turn it off by having them set a primary key before they save the
table. Surely you are teaching them to design the table and keys before
they ever actually create it in Access...

Normalization / Functional Dependency / Candidate Keys / Primary Key before
I can be an Access teacher?
You realise that you are reducing the number of paid jobs available to us,
don't you? If Access teachers teach properly, there will be less databases
that require major fixing.
