when will MS release the SMARTPHONE 2003???

my phone is SPV E100 i cant develop appz because it has
2002 OS, i want to develop appz using vb.net 2003. so ill
wait for SMARTPHONE 2003 OS...when will MS release the
SMARTPHONE 2003??? and its sdk for vb.net 2003??? by the
way are you using compact framework sp2??? where do you
get it??? tnx sorry for many question... im a newbie

There is a smart phone 2003 SDK available for download. You can find it

The .NET CF SP2 has been recalled temporarily. You can make use of SP1 which
