Why is it so impossibly frustrating to convert Outlook files and addresses to Lotus Notes and vice-versa? Should the consumers suffer just because Microsoft and IBM have some sort of vendetta against eachother? I design engine components for a living, and have to interface with my competitor's products all the time on the same vehicles. If auto suppliers acted the way software companies do in their scheming, the engine manufacturer would demand one type of coolant, and the radiator another.

May you should think about a career change - you'd then be able to solve all
the problems.
