When "show window contents when dragging" > I lose the [+] sign from CURSOR

When I have the "show window contents when dragging" feature enabled I lose
the
[+] sign under the cursor when I drag and press the
ctrl key!

when I turn off the "show window contents when dragging" the cursor works
correctly!

I have never seen this before.. any ideas?
Perhaps some registry tweak?

ignore this problem.... It seems like It had something to do with a cursor
set I was using...
