when sending mail how can cc see bcc

I am trying to send an e-mail to a distribution list of clients in Bcc so no
one will see the other. And in the same mail I want to put my manager's mail
in cc or To so he can see that I sent the mail to the clients. It does not
matter if the clients see my manager's mail when it is sent. Please help

Only the sender can see BCC. That is the purpose of BCC.
