When selecting "Send to Email Recipient from Shell Menu ... there is no send/receive

This is a problem we are only experiencing when using the "send to email receipient" option you get when you right click on a file from windows explorer (Windows Vista Business).

It opens up a mail windows just like always, but the "send " button is nowhere to be seen!

Any ideas?
