when published the page changes

I am not very good on the computer, but I am trying to publish a web page
with a couple of items that are centered on the page. After I have sent it
to the web it comes out all messed up. It looked good when I save it. Does
it have to do with trying to tab certain items or inserting tables? Please
help, Thanks
