I want to make it so that two slides are on one sheet of
paper. I have to print these out to make presentation
booklets for new clients. I need to ahve 80 books by the
end of this week so this is very important. we don't have
the time to be printing out every slide like that one by
one. I NEED HELP. Please respond A.S.A.P. thank you

Assuming you are using Powerpoint XP. Open the Presentation and select File
Print. Select Handouts under "Print What" and in the box to the right,
indicate that you want two slides per page.

in print box, where it says "print what" select handouts
and it gives you the option of how many slides you want
per page. 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. very easy
