When Microsoft 2003 uploaded I lost everything in my email box

Microsoft outlook 2003 uploaded on my computer, when it did I can not get
back into my other box. I can't find anything. Does anyone have an answer?

There is absolutely no process by which Outlook 2003 "uploads". Be more
precise in describing what you did.
