Absolutely nothing. There are far too many bugs that need to be fixed.
I'm having one bug in particular that's killing me having to do with
UserControls and public enums (do a search for chakachimp if
interested).
My guess is that Whidbey will be the next thing we will see, in other
words no service pack for Visual Studio 2003 is coming (and/or .NET
1.1). Kind of like when there were (as I recall) no service packs for
VB5 (if there was there were very few). Visual Studio 6.0 basically
was the service pack, then there were several service packs for Visual
Studio 6.0.
