This is an age old problem with every MS Word I have ever
used. I am sure Microsoft is aware and it's probably just
a user error.
The problem I am having is I am trying to edit my old
resume (in this case, but has happend to several other
types of documents) and lets say I want to try and delete
a year or a Job Title, when I Hightlight the text I want
to replace and begin typing the new text it seems as when
I type it starts to delete the text or spaces in front of
it. So for example My original word is "Cook" and I want
to replace it with "Technician" I highlight Cook and begin
typing It starts to delete what ever text or spaces is
after that so I end up with something that looks like
this "Technicianformed various" where the conjucted word
prior to typing was performed.
any help or refrences to read on would be great ! thanks
