When I try to enter data into a form I can't

When I try to enter data into a form it will not allow me to. I do not get a
error message. I have checked all the properties and the ones that should
say yes do and the ones that say no do. Please help.
 
What happens when you try to enter data? Does nothing at all happen when
you start typing, or is the record not saved, or what? Were you ever able
to enter data via this form?
 
Look in the Status Bar to see whether any error message appears there when
you're trying to enter data.
