when i start up my computer it say WJ View Error

WJ View Error could not execute main:: The system cannot
find the file sepcified.

this is effecting my interent explorer i can use msn
messenger so i know im connected to the net but my ie6 is
not working i types in google and other sites but it just
shows up as The page cannot be displayed
