When i send attachments the recepient cannot open/view?

I have Windows XP and whenever I send photos via Outlook (as attachments) the
recepient cannot view the attachment. Why is that and is there another way i
should be sending these attachments? On previous computers this did not pose
a problem... thank you

Dunno. What do you mean precisely by "the recepient cannot view the
attachment"? What happens when they try?

Another question: do the recipients NOT use Outlook? If so, change your
format from rich text to either plain text or html.
Another question: are you using Word as your email editor? Is it the same
version as Outlook?
