When i recieve a meeting request messege, the text come is not a Rich text. What I have to do in order the Inbox Outlook see all details and appoint it in my calendar with a just click of confirmation.

What are you receiving? What Outlook version do you have?

When you receive the message without the control button, what exactly does
it look like?

Very interestin! It looks like the format of the text/calendar part may have
been corrupted. (Either that, or your newsgroup client ran the lines
together.) These three lines:

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
PRODID:-//Microsoft Corporation//Outlook 11.0 MIMEDIR//EN VERSION:2.0
METHOD:REQUEST BEGIN:VEVENT
ATTENDEE;ROLE=REQ-PARTICIPANT;RSVP=TRUE:MAILTO:[email protected]

should actually be six:

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
PRODID:-//Microsoft Corporation//Outlook 11.0 MIMEDIR//EN
VERSION:2.0
METHOD:REQUEST
BEGIN:VEVENT
ATTENDEE;ROLE=REQ-PARTICIPANT;RSVP=TRUE:MAILTO:[email protected]

Since it has a virus scanner stamp on it, that's where I'd start my
investigation, asking that software vendor about known issues with their
product handling iCalendar items.

There's something else odd about it that I can't quite put my finger on,
unfortunately. I've stared at it and some other iCal items until my eyes are
sore, but nothing jumps out.
