Hi, I need some assistance.
Whenever I receive a Word attachment (we use Outlook)from an outside agency
the lines are missing from the document (these are signature lines). I have
opened these same documents using a PC that has Windows 98 and the lines are
on the document. But when I open these same documents on a PC that has
WindowsXP, the lines are not showing up.
What can I do to resolve this issue using the WinXP op sys?
ps...both pc's use the office 2000 suite.
Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

Hi Jstangl,

What, more exactly, are these "signature lines"?

Have you tried printing such a document to see if what you're missing does
print out?

If they're drawing lines, and you're opening the document in Normal view,
they would not be displayed, but you should see them in Print Layout view or
Print Preview.
