I have reports which I print 250 pages of the same item but even though I put
in the amount 250 the maximum it prints is 99 so to get what I want I have to
do (99, 99, and the 52 to get the 250) and its only recently started doing
this - my company upgraded its server.

This probably has nothing whatsoever to do with Access, but rather with your
company's server print driver. You might try opening a document in Word (for
example) - preferably one for which you actually need copies, not to waste
paper! - and try printing 101 copies. If that has the same problem... Talk to
the system administrator.

OK! I tried printing 105 pages of a test word document and it printed all,
so I would have to say its not a server problem but I still don't what it is.

John,
I have a different problem, for some reason when I print the report prints
multipal copies when I only want one. All margines are correct, it is not a
matter of running onto another page, it actually prints 16 exact copies of
the same report.

I figure I have messed up a setting somewhere but cannot find it if I have.
I am in Access 2007.. any ideas?
Thanks much
Jacqueline

It's almost certainly a problem with the Query being used as the recordsource
for the report. Open the report in design view; view its Properties; click the
.... icon by the Recordsource property, and open the query. Does it have
sixteen rows for each "record"? If so, you may need to change the query to
retrieve just one row (by fixing the joins), or perhaps put the report
controls in a section Header or Footer rather than the detail section. You
could post the SQL view of the query if you need help fixing it.
