When I play games it makes computer restart

please help me

I dont know what is wrong with my computer because i
recently bought some games for it and in the middle of
game play the whole computer restarts over and i cant
play anything. please tell me wats wrong!!

game play the whole computer restarts over and i cant
play anything. please tell me wats wrong!!

1. Insure all drivers (particularly sound and video) are updated with the
most current driver the card manufacturers have for your OS.
2. Make sure your machine is clean of all viruses (don't have antivirus, go
to www.grisoft.com and get AVG free version) and adware/spyware (go to
www.lavasoft.de and get AdAware, also go to www.safer-networking.net and get
Spybot Search and Destroy.)
3. Defragment your hard drive(s) and also check it for any errors.
4. Insure the air-flow around (and possibly inside) your computer is good.
If necessary, open your computer case and place a fan where it can circulate
more air.

It sounds like one of those may help you. Please come back to the newsgroup
