When I open Help I only see some xml stuff.

When I open Microsoft Office Word 2007 help I get a help screen with nothing
but xml in it. it starts with
"https://www.microsoft.com/office/co...osoft.public.word.docmanagement&lang=en&cr=US" in the fiurst 2 lines.

How do I fix this?

I'm using Windows Vista.

I've done a reinstall. How do I do a repair?

Click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Resources
category, click the Diagnose button and follow the instructions.

The Diagnostics returned "No problem found".

Any other suggestions?
