when I open e-mails from PP pix are upside down but words correct

How do I "flip" the pictures from e-mails written in PP without changing any
words, as they come out correct, even if written as a caption or comment on a
picture. I'm not sure why the pictures only are viewed upside down. I am not
familiar with using PP as far as changing settings so please walk me through
