when i"m invited to a meeting, it also invites another

When anyone posts an outlook request to me for a meeting, an invitation is
sent to (the same) co-worker everytime. How do I remove this person from
getting these invites? It has caused problems when we accepts and we tell him
"you're not invited!".

Sounds like you have the other person configured as your delegate.
