When I Emport A Vid I Get "Windows Movie Maker Has Encountered A P

well, for the past couple days I have been trying to create a video with
windows movie maker and each time I try to import a video I get an error that
says "Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience."

I have tried alot of stuff like down-grade my IE7, update some of my codecs,
re-install WMM, and alot more but no matter what I do I can not import my
video.... What should I do?

What is the format of the video clip you are
trying to import?

And...mybe you have an issue with a damaged
or outdated video driver.

If you reduce your Graphics Hardware Acceleration
as per the instructions in the following article and
realize an improvement, it's an indication that you
need to update your video driver:
