Downloading FrontPage usually means stealing it, Installing from a CD isn't
downloading, which are you doing?
Your going to have to do better than "doesn't work or install". Provide some
useful details about what happens and any error messages you receive.

Your new virus? Do you mean you're having a problem with an Antivirus
program? if so you need to contact their support people. If you mean
you're having a problem with FrontPage now that you installed an Antivirus
program then you need to provide more details. What's the problem, what are
you doing when it happens, which AV program etc ....
