When I double click attachment, I need to the prompt for open/save

When I open an e-mail with attachment, on double clicking an attachment, it
used to ask me if I wat to save or open the attachment.
Somehow I don't see this diaglog box anymore.
Where is the setting to re-enable this diaglog box.

That is a generic Windows setting;
Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab File Types-> select the specific File
Type-> button Advanced...-> select Confirm Open After Download
