When I delegate, the Permissions tab doesn't open

My company uses Outlook 2000 with a Microsoft Exchange Server. I'm trying to
give permission for my secretary to view/add items to my personal calendar,
but when I try to delegate, the Permissions tab stays grey. So far, we are
using a shared folder, but that doesn't give an alert. How do I set up a
personal folder to be accessed by a delegate so that both of us can receive
alerts when the event is about to occur?

If, by "a personal folder," you mean a folder in a Personal Folders .pst file, that can't be shared. You can only share folders in your Exchange mailbox.

Thanks, Sue.
