When I click on the Icon View Map of Address Nothing happens

I can't find anything that will help me troubleshoot this
Outlook XP feature. I've searched many places. Has anyone
used this feature? How do you make it work?
 
Are you connected to the Internet? When I use this feature, it brings
up a page from "MSN Maps and Directions" (mappoint.msn.com).
