Bought notebook with XP Pro/Windows SBE with BCM. I initially setup notebook
for home use and setup BCM. When my IT guy setup a second user for our work
Exchange 2000 server (and I added my home POP3 account to that user OutlooK),
I can now get logon to the work user and get both home and work email. I
would like to eliminate home user and move everything over to the work user
profile. The problem is BCM now doesn't function on the work user: How do I
move BCM over?

Note that I get a message upon executing Outlook that "information store
could not be opened"...appreciate any help!

Export all your data from home user BCM database to file.

As work user, create a new BCM database and import file.

Alternative strategy:
If you know sql, you could make the work user the dbo of the home
user's bcm database.

Thanks, Luther.

Our IT guy ended up deleting a second mailbox email traffic that was routed
to my inbox - our customer support stream - and that mysteriously solved the
problem.
