When 2003 ?

Does anyone have a good idea when Access 2003 will be out? Also, when do
you think the developers kit that let's you make stand alone 2003 access
apps will follow?

I haven't heard a date yet, but I would expect it to be soon. (One journal I
read predicted it would be released to manufacturing on August 20th, but
that, of course, is just speculation)

I do know that there will be the equivalent of the Developer version for it.
You realize, though, that the Developer version does not allow you make
"stand alone" applications? What it does is allow you to package your
application with a royalty-free run-time version of Access. People who do
not have Access can install the run-time version and use your application.
The application itself is unchanged.
