Wheel acceleration in intellipoint problem

Wheel acceleration for my wireless intellimouse explorer 2.0 doesn't work on
vista.
On Xp everything worked fine but when I've installed Vista Business 32bit I
noticed that it doesn't work. No matter what driver I used for it (standard
vista's browser mouse or intellimouse). I've reinstalled intellimouse
software multiple times enabled and disabled the vertical acceleration
nothing helped. I tried to set different mouse in mouse configuration but it
doesn't help either. Is there a solution for that problem or is it my weird
problem?
