Whay commands minimize and restore do not work?

why there is not commands minimize and restore for tables and form etc. in
access2007?
And when I insert them on the ribbon they do not work? They did work in
earlier version.

A command button with:

Private Sub cmdWhatever_Click()
DoCmd.Minimize
End Sub

in its Click event should minimize your form.
