Whats Wrong with my Outlook..??

Guys, every time i open my outlook this message appears:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folder. The file C:\Documents and
settings\ Local settings\ Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is
not compatible with this version of the Personal Folders Information service.
Contact your administrator."

I reinstalled MO twice and i still get the same message.!
What should i do..!!
 
Which version of Outlook? Did you try creating a new profile?

Well it's microsoft office professional edition 2003.!
a new profile ? why would i creat a new profile . and where would i creat it
..?
is'nt it supposed to work by it self..!!!
