What's up with Moochers.com???

When I try to open the page (http://www.moochers.com/), I get the
following:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/1.3.28 Server at moochers.com Port 80

I'm on Comcast and got a 403, also. Maybe, they're blocking access to the
Comcast broadband IP address range. Maybe, something else?
 
Yeah, I noticed a few days ago -- when some of my Google search hits were
ending me at a 403 in the moochers domain.
I have been "FORBIDDEN" also!

Metoo. Seeing that one poster in this thread did get through, what's
that mean? Is it something we're wearing? Did their doorman say it's
now gone black-tie only?
