What's this line for in msconfig ?

(Adaware found 842 items in this box W98se box !
Spybot 1.2 found another 20 or so items, including Timesync spyware !)

c:\windows\system32\explorer.exe -go -c77 -w

is it legitimate ?

....found it, it was part of a dialler left behind by Adaware or Spybot 1.2
.......deleted !

I'm glad you found your problem
Spybot 1.2 is about 8 months out of date and is no longer supported
(no more updates).
uninstall it and install version 1.3 for the best scanning results.
