What's the smallest Tablet PC system I can buy ?

I want to do a project that would be great in a
small tablet PC

4x6 inch screen would be ideal.

- Battery powered
- 2.5 or 3.5 inch hard disk bay
- Sound chip
- No floppy or CD drive
- USB for keyboard
- ethernet preferred, but not required. USB2 or FW
would server as an alternative.
- Linux-friendly

Does anyone know where I could buy something like this ?
