what's the point to whine here if there is no help?

I have printer problems since downloading the latest MS
patch for XP. The spooler subsystem does not work and I
cannot re-install the Brother HL1230 printer; practically
I cannot print anything. The MS "is aware of the problem
and will look into it."
On this group I read only pleas for help, but no answers.
How does it work?

1) We don't like whiners. You want to whine you go elsewhere.

2) So you weren't in the slightest bit curious as to what the + was next
to some posts, then?! You can't have looked very hard - if at all. Suggest
you book an appointment with the optician at the earliest. You obviously
have a severe problem with your vision.

3) The only thing I can think (as you have included a correct address) is
that you're expecting someone to email you. Sorry, buddy, but that isn't
going to happen. Well it is, but it won't be the kind you're expecting...
