I've had builds that 'worked' in under 60MB. Alright, so
they didn't do what I wanted, but they worked.
I belive it's possible to do a very minimal build (ie it
does nothing of use) in 5MB.
The answer is depends. What do you need out of your RunTime? As Heidi
mentions, you can build one that is as small as 5MB but you'd have to write
your application to talk to the XP kernel (ie. no WIN32 API etc).. If you
could elaborate what functionality you are looking to use, someone on this
newsgroup could probably give you some typical size numbers.
