Whats the fasted sustanined transfer rate of a drive ?

Just looking at buying a new drive and this is what i want, and seek
time.

The Hitachi drives seem to be the fastest drives from the reviews.

What matters is that all the good drives are so close on that
that you wouldnt be able to pick between them in a proper
double blind trial without being allowed to use a benchmark.

Makes a lot more sense to choose on other
criteria like noise and reliability and price.
