What's the best way to package a custom ACCESS database to market?

Anyone know the best route to package an Access custom
database for distribution and marketing? Does the Officer
Developer kit have the necessary tools to compress,
install conversion, etc.?
 
Office Developer has a Package and Deployment Wizard for Access. This
allows you to package your application and a runtime version of Access for
distribution. I'm not sure about licensing for distribution (sale) outside
your company.

It's quite legal to distribute the runtime version of Access outside
your company.

Note that I am not a lawyer and do not interpret EULAs.
