What's the best place to buy bulk ink?

Also I'm wondering about ink compatibilities. I have bulk ink on the shelf
that I bought in the past for Cannon and HP inkjet printers and wonder if
that would work OK for my current Lexmark inkjet? I guess I could risk a
cartridge to give it a try.

If your bulk was a "universal" type ink advertised as "works in all
printers", then it probably should work (if it included Lexmark on its
list). If, however, the inks were specially formulated for specific
Canon and HP printers, then no, you should not be using them in your
Lexmark (different chemical properties, etc) . . . unless of course, you
like to live dangerously and feel it would be a neat science experiment!
It's your money. So which costs more, some new bulk ink or a new
Lexmark if your experiment goes terribly wrong?

DA ONLY PRINTER THAT AFTERMARKET INKS SHOULD BE USED IN IS THE LEXMARK.

I suggest you try Choice Stationary for your compatibles. I have used them
for my Epson 880 and had excellent results

I was always advised to avoid Lexmakr printers as they were cheap but the
ink cartridges expensive.
