What's new on Microsoft antipsyware beta

i heard there's a new version of microsoft antispyware
tools? what's new and what's been fixed? did they fixed
the extender problem on media center 2005 cause i just
recently upgraded to media center 2005 and i can't
install this until they fixe that issue.
 
There is text on the download page explaining what is new.

I haven't heard that the Media Center Extender issue is fixed.
