What's new in framework 2.0 - single point of reference?

Hello,

Does anyone have a URL that serves as a central point of reference for
the changes in the Framework (not any particular language, those
changes I can find) from 1.1 to 2.0?

(Specifically I have a VB.NET project that does web lookups with
HttpRequest etc that looks as if it has suffered from breaking changes
from 1.1 to 2.0, but I would like to see a list rather than try and
diff the documentation)
