What's 9800SE?

I thought there was a non-pro version of 9800 board (128 meg) by Sapphire
for $250 or so at newegg.

All I can find today is

SAPPHIRE OEM ATI RADEON 9800SE 128MB Non Pro DVI/TV 8X AGP BULK

for $189. Is this the same thing?

What's 9800SE?

Which is the best place to buy a 9800 card? (and which brand)?

Do not buy an SE, and be careful of buying any non-pro 9800 until you are
certain its not an SE. retailers are very sneaky.
