You probably won't notice it in the three worm casserole. Whatever makes
you happy.
I saw someone NOT removing the intestinal tract from red claw crayfish
before cooking. Yuk.

Well...culinary experts abound in all regions...with all varities of foods.
Moi??? I do not do Escargot, ya see, sorta for the same reason. I
mean....when I hold the shell up and look into it...I just as soon not see
something starring back out at me...alive..or otherwise.....with....or
without..any internal accompanyments.....accoutriments....
ahmm.....accustics......well.... ya know what I mean.
That's why I don't do fish with the heads on...or the whole wazoolie
lobsters. Nopers... just can't eat anything that watches me as I'm about to
devour it....with that guilt-filled look.... 8-O.. or...>8-(....<sigh>
