What you use for video capturing?

I am thinking to buy AIW 9700 pro for capturing. Is it a good choice?

The TV&FM tuners and gaming acceleration are not necessarily. Basically I
need only capturing feature with highest possible quality. Any suggestions?

I really like the video to Firewire converters, there is quite a few for
reasonable prices. Go over to rec.video.desktop and ask the same question,
they will give good advice.
