What videos are referenced?

I inserted some videos into a PowerPoint presentation. I copied the
PowerPoint presentation to my USB drive for a presentation, but I forgot to
copy the videos, so they weren't there. Is there an easy way to "bundle"
these, or keep track of what files need to be copied with a PowerPoint
presentation?

File | Package for CD, then choose "copy to folder." You can opt not to
include the PPT Viewer.

Then take the whole folder along on your USB.
