Hi,

I have had great difficulty finding this info and so far I have read
conflicting information on various other websites. I would like to know which
versions of Vista have IIS.

As a suggestion why isn't there a full feature list available from the main
Vista home page. It's taken me hours to find this forum.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Jay.

Vista Home Premium, Ultimate and Business Edition include IIS.
IIS is not installed as a default so you'll need to install it by opening
Vista's "Programs and Features" in the Control Panel and click on
"Turn Windows features on or off" located in the left pane.

A good place to search anytime there is a question on what Vista versions
include what features is to start at http://windowshelp.microsoft.com.
Enter the feature you are wondering about in the search box and look at the
results. The results show you which versions of Vista they apply to. For
example, see
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/72475722-bcc6-4f0c-8d1c-0ce1245318971033.mspx.
